These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everything sold or offered through She's In Demand, including free registrations, summits, passes, courses, programs, and live events. She's In Demand is run by Emily Grace ("we," "us"). By registering, or by checking the agreement box at checkout and completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms.
The general terms below apply to every offer. Some offers also have their own section further down this page. Where an offer's section is more specific, it governs for that offer.
What's included in your purchase, its format, dates, and delivery details are as described on the offer page and checkout page at the time you buy. That description is part of these Terms.
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you buy. Prices may increase on a published schedule, and some offers are available only for a limited time. If a price later goes down or a different offer runs, the difference isn't refunded or credited.
If you buy on a payment plan, the number and amount of payments are shown at checkout, and you authorize us to charge your payment method on that schedule. Every payment in the plan is owed in full regardless of attendance, participation, or completion. If a payment fails and isn't resolved within 7 days, we may pause your access until it is. Unpaid balances remain due.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued for any reason, including missing live sessions, not watching replays, not completing a program, not using included bonuses, technical issues on your end, or a change of mind. Where a written guarantee appears on an offer page, that guarantee governs for that offer.
If we cancel a live event and don't reschedule it, you'll receive a full refund. If we reschedule it, your purchase carries over to the new dates.
If something isn't working, email us first at [email protected] and we'll fix it. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback for something delivered as described is a breach of these Terms, and we may end your access. Amounts owed on a payment plan remain due during any dispute.
Every purchase is a personal license for one person.
